Taken from the new Shooto website. It starts off with some light shadowboxing but the rest of it is grappling.

I think I recognize Joachim Hansen in there. He's got a pretty nasty half guard! Didn't get to see him start from the feet, though; I liked his back arch throws against Sakurai in Bushido.

Anyone know the name of the song playing in the video?

And I want that Shooto jacket.

Great video! It's a long download, but worth it. I haven't seen much of Joachim Hansen until recently and he seems like a really great complete fighter.

Watching this reminds me that I need to pick up a school to practice striking too. Watching them shadowbox got me motivated again.
