1. 225 pounds for reps 2. Bodyweight + 15kg extra for max rep 3. Standing militarypress for max rep 60kg 4. Playing around. Also did light deadlift and cable rows inbetween. Thats basicly what i did, 1 set max for each of those excersises i filmed.. This is how i usally train once a week, and the other day is lighter and different excersises with more sets/reps. How do you guys train?
