Media Video footage of a sherdogger vs Alex pereira.

He's definitely made progress, but that photo on the right is misleading as to the shape he's in. In the video you can see the weight loss was not as dramatic, or he's put on some pounds again.

Weight loss is so much about diet than physical activity. Bronson obviously loves to eat, and you can never outrun a bad diet.
Why does it say you quoted me when its another user?

True, how many times I've seen Alex sparring with random fans because they really wanted the chance to do it, and he always gives them time, and he never goes hard on them, just relaxed, unless they ask him to hit them hard on purpose like in Korea with that guy, but he always lets them land on him. So rare to see top MMA fighters do that, they only want to spar with pro's or "people they trust". Fair play to Alex, he seems cold and emotionless but I think he has a big heart underneath that.

He's actually one of the best pro fighters at giving time to fans, what top UFC world champions let random fans hit them?. He can slip a lot of those punches and kicks but he lets them land a lot to get their confidence up. Alex is a really cool cat.

Alex is a gift to modern MMA honestly.

He's super chill with fans, has a genuine and chill personality and looks like a GREAT training partner.

We are likely in the final few fights of his career and the sport will notably miss him when he's gone.
