Suppose that makes senseTolerance....?

You didn't answer my question, you just went on a rant, do you think Conor is an idiot and is releasing footage of any potential changes he plans to make for Nate to see?The sparring clips he has been releasing have all looked like this. It's the way he has been fighting for a while now. He thinks Nate won because of his chin in the first fight. He has brought in a few new sparring partners but it's still the same coaches and team. He made no substantial changes and he asked for the rematch right away, which is another indicator that he thinks the first fight was simply luck. If he truly thought otherwise, he would've wanted more time.
So yes, I can absolutely believe that someone like Conor who bought into his own hype a long time ago sees the limited success he had in the first fight and doesn't think that he needs to do anything differently other than adjust his mindset for an opponent who's a bit more durable and come in having done more long distance type conditioning. What do you think, he learned Muay Thai in a few months and has been keeping it a secret while feeding misinformation to the media in every interview?

I'm embarrassed to post this, but I want him in me.
So what exactly does he gain by laying down and getting punched in the stomach at the end of the video?
It's silly to pretend he might change his approach? But don't fighter usually change their approach coming off a loss? He hasn't changed his approach because there was no need to do so in the past, he was winning. That’s not the way I’d phrase it personally but if you’re asking me that question yes or no, the logical answer is yes. If you think otherwise, you really haven’t been paying attention to the man’s career. We’re talking about the guy who was publicly announcing he would knock Nate out with an uppercut before the last fight and then… you guessed it, he came in whiffing uppercuts. He has made a career out of calling his shot, saying when and how he’s going to finish his opponents and then going out there and attempting to do it.
He has never made his approach a secret in the past so it’s silly to pretend that he’s going to start now, after a single loss that happened in a fight he and his team think he was dominating. It would undermine literally everything he says about the fight game and his mentality in general. Everything he has shown in the past and everything he is saying/doing in the build-up to this fight gives the impression that he’s going to come at Nate with the same exact tools, just attempting to slightly tailor them a bit more to someone who is larger and more durable.
A huge part of his success has been his unwavering belief in his abilities. He needs to think that Nate was on the verge of going down in the first fight and that he was winning the first 8 minutes handily, in order for that self-belief to remain intact. He’s surrounded by longtime friends and yes-men who don't seem able to think rationally about this match-up and/or tell him otherwise.
