He's also the same one who said holly holm doesn't have world class skills and that Ronda had world class boxing.(jre fight companion) Also the same one that said people would be surprised if he faced Cain in a wrestling match. i understand you want to encourage your fighter but saying you look great champ after a round in which you looked anything but.. It takes years to develop striking skills to a point of doing it naturally. You dont do a camp with whoever for a few months and become fluent at it...

The guy is an absolute moron who will say something which turns out wrong then flip it to make himself look good. On the JRE fight companion, didn't he saying something along the lines of how Ronda has better stand up than Holly (even though most of us predicted Ronda to win, we knew Holly was better in the stand up department but thought Ronda would just walk through that into the clinch).

Edit: Talk about looking ridiculous, the guy has arguably the best KO highlight reel in UFC history..

Let's face it. She already boxed with other girls and looked pretty good. For instance, that KO against Correa was brutal.
So she was very convincing with her boxing compared to other girls who were even worse than Ronda.
Ronda gave everybody a sense that she might be good at boxing, because most of us just don't follow women boxing, and do not have idea about the overall level.

You guys just don't get training do you. People think Jones actually had an affect on Holly's game when she is 10x the striker Jones is. Holly's striking is drilled into her mind and muscle memory, something which takes years and years and the longer the better. Ronda will NEVER match Holly on the feet, it's too late. She needs a gameplan to take Holly down without getting obliterated again.
