Almost looks staged, not sure why Anderson would keep playing pattycake on his face if he actually hurt his training partner.

Weird that he kept hitting him after even if it was light shots.

Well he's clearly finishing him as if it were an actual fight. I don't agree with that kind of training, but it is what it is. Whether or not it's appropriate to do so is up for debate, especially since he fucking blasted that guy with the knee, but that's what he's doing. In a fight you don't knock the guy down and walk away, you jump on him.

Doubt it is real. In what universe would a guy follow up when his teammate is down and out. No to mention, you seldom use powerful knees in sparring because it is so prone to cutting. Anderson seems like a nice guy too, I recall when he actual KO'd a teammate a while back everyone said he got very sad and angry.

umm... did you see that knee? lol.

I guarantee shit like this isn't uncommon at all at a gym like the Blackzilians. Bear in mind Anderson did a lot of sparring at Chute Boxe in the early days, those guys used to try and kill each other.

Well this is sparring so you should stop right after the knee and just mark the punches IMO.

Yeah, now imagine how fucking stupid he would look walking away like that if Struve wasn't actually done. That happened to Luke Barnatt against someone, lol. Funniest thing I've ever seen inside the cage

You are damn right guys are like that at the blackzillians but that has created their awful rep.

Chute box days are over, I doubt Anderson is like that but you never know I guess.

I would've done just that, and again, I'm not saying I agree with the idea of sparring as if you're actually fighting since it's quite unhealthy, but it's like people on here have never heard of anyone getting dropped and finished in training before. He could've actually put some force behind the GnP shots, for one thing.

Knee looked hard, but what the hell was with those pillow punches afterwards? Even if you were simulating a real fight, that's a fucked up thing to do to your sparring partner/teammate.
