I think maybe the joint is weak but it keeps gettnig dislocated or something. I think maybe the kicks sometimes push the kneecap upwards violently? I can't really walk when it gets bad like that I have to sit it out and limp. They are going light even and still I get this temporary injury.

The thing to do here is stop training and see an orthopedic specialist before you resume. It's definitely not normal for your knee to consistently pop out of joint during light sparing. Get it checked out before it turns into a serious injury.
