Do any of you guys make homemade veg pasta from squash carrots zucchini iv heard its really good and like 5 times less calories than grain pasta if so whats some good recipes and best veg to use

Potato peeler: carrots/zuchini. Or, cut a spaghetti squash in half, coat in olive oil, bake for a bit then shred with fork.
I love it and use it in general for pasta. If i'm using the carrots or zuchini i just fry on low-medium heat with olive oil and garlic that has been sliced thin and pressed with a knife blade to release the juices better. Add your pasta sauce or chicken aioli and voila.

I've heard people have success getting that "al dente" texture using soy flour, but I won't touch the stuff.

The term for this is zoodles (zuccini + noodles), they even make a kitchen gadget

I can't do this "italian style", it's just too weird, my wife likes it when i do it "china style" i spice it up and add some dried shrimp, that brings out hella flavor. (its kinda like chinese squash soup)

Spagheddy squash with some Marinara esp cold is delicious.

I have Colitis and grains tend to cause me issues so I use a spiralizer for Corgette(Zucchini) spaghetti you can microwave it, oven cook it or like me put it in a frying pan and simmer it for a while depending on how soft/hard you like the texture. I really enjoy it and you can also use the Spiralizer to cut up lots of different veg for stir frys too.

Yea i only use my spiralizer for "garnish" or presentations heh, it's too annoying to whip out and clean every time i take it out. (rather just use a knife)

Yeah that's the one I have. I'm pretty unskilled with preparing stuff so I find it easier to use it rather than end up with a bunch of badly cut veg lol.
