I'm sick and tired of people asking for diet plan criticism when the single most glaring problem is the complete lack of goddamn vegetables. So goddamn pissed am I that I decided to make a whole goddamn thread dedicated to telling people to eat their goddamn vegetables with every goddamn meal, including goddamn snacks and goddamn breakfast.

And no, goddamn fruits do not count.

This also goes to the goddamn people giving advice and they don't stress the above point.

EDIT: Needed more of god's damnation.

*wakes up in the morning and stares at a bowl full of cold brocoli* o my god...

All purpose answer to a better diet

Want to get big?

eat your veggies and drink more water

Want to lose weight?

eat your veggies and drink more water

Do godamn Greens+ count for some godamn veggies in the morning? Because I sure as hell don't eat any godamn broccoli with my oatmeal.

And to answer my own godamn question (and I'm sure other's), yes, Greens+ counts and is equal to 4-6 servings of godamn veggies.

And godamnit, erco, you should know better that every thread needs color.

That's a multi vitamin no?

Is there any Greens+ product or one from a competitor that is "better" than the others?

No, it's a powdered drink made from a mixture of vegetables and herbs. It *is* packed with a lot of phytonutrients, minerals, and vitamins just due to the makeup, but it's not a mutli in the classic pill sense.

Greens+ is what Berardi endorses, and it's a quality product, hands down. I'm sure there's others out there that compare; I've heard guys mention a NOW product, and also one called Life Force.

If I don't buy Greens+ (which I usually do), one thing I look for is at least 2000mg phosphatide complex; preWO, combined with a strong B-complex and caffiene is great.

IMO, you get what you pay for. If a large container of powdered greens is selling cheap, chances are it's fairly devoid of decent ingredients.
