So much going on in that fight

1. Herzog usually does a fantastic job at reffing (quick to jump in to stop the Mitch Clarke fight earlier in the night after Al went out). I'm surprised he didn't pause the fight to ask Varner if he was injured or simply stop the fight due to injury.

2. How can the doctor seriously step on Varner's foot? Really dude?
