Valentina should move up to bantamweight

The Flyweight division needs to move on. There are 2 contenders there that would be much more interesting than a third fight in my opinion and now that Nunes retired there's nothing stopping Valentina to get the belt at bw. She has a good chance at beating Pena in my opinion.
