What say you sherdog? I don’t watch wmma so I can’t comment but from what I’ve seen it was a lackluster affair at best.

You haven't seen Anderson vs Maia have you?

Yes, without a doubt

And it's WMMA so anticipation is low

At least with Woodley's fights against WB, you had the feeling that either one could get KTFO in an instant. Same with Lewis - Ngannou

Woodley vs Wonderboy
Nah lets imagine fight like Maia - Wonderboy; Maia trying to strike with Wonderboy, but Wonderboy doing nothing for 90% of fight, occasionaly throwing some strike - it could be male version of Shevchenko/Carmouche.

Worst WMMA title fight yes. There's been worse male ones though.

Shamrock/Severn 2
Woodley/Maia
Joanna/Valerie
Joanna/Karolina
Woodley/Wonderboy 2
Arlovski/Sylvia 3

These are all bad, Shev Liz 2 has a spot somewhere in this list.

Woodley/Maia then Nunes/Svchenko. Those are the only two i’d consider worse.

I genuinely forgot Joanna/Valerie ever happened. How the hell did she ever get a title shot?

I quite enjoyed JJ/KK though.

Some lousy ones have been mentioned. I'll throw in Silva vs. Leites, which exasperated me more than Carmouche- Schevchenko.

Pulver vs Hallman was absolutely fucking horrible, 10 times worse than this fight.

Gadelha was injured and they were looking for some replacement, Leternou is lanky striker, probably biggest fighter who was fighting as strawweight, so less chance she would be murdered like other girls.

I don't think they were as bad, there was some action at least, and before Nunes/Shevchenko was some drama, also they were striking way often than Shevchenko/Carmouche. Also if you are into grappling, Woodley/Maia could be fun, because of 20 takedowns stuffed by Woodley, if not more.
