Yeah -- she definitely has a weakness in the wrestling department (stay away from those damn headlocks!), but it is also a strength. Her ability to outwrestle fighters has really impressed me, particularly the Jessica Andrade fight. Who else has ever been able to do that to Andrade? I feel that her elite striking enables her to set up takedowns very well. She has some slick trips too. Plus, when she gets on top, she could be a wet blanket at times -- great top positional control. Her top game is almost as dangerous as her striking in my opinion.

But shes just a striker Joe ..

She is an assassin peroid

Not only that, but she was actually having trouble in the Peña fight until she pulled off that arm-bar…

From the bottom.

So even when she’s on her back she isn’t completely helpless either.

When is she going to put her money where her mouth is and demand the trilogy with Amanda?

It was baffling that she was initiating the clinch time after time when santos kept reversing her

why wouldn’t she just strike at range where she actually had an advantage

I question her IQ after that fight

It was more her ego.

whatever you want to call it - I didn’t like it !

She’s been my fav women’s mma fighter and I always ranked her above Nunez p4p ….. but the way she’s handled all interviews and questions in that fight has left a strange taste in my mouth .

I want nothing more than for her to beat santos to a pulp …. But I’m not so sure she can …. If she suddenly thinks she’s a grappler she’s going to lose soon

She has a judo background. She was doing the same thing for her kickboxing matches. She would enter the clinch and throw people repeatedly. It didn't benefit her when promotions don't score that or catch/sweeps. Her style is very different now in terms of the standup.

She can strike, grapple and is arguably hot! UFC needs to promote her more

It was more her ego.

Letting your ego do the fighting is bad fight IQ though. But I don't think one bad fight and a million great ones should really have you doubt her overall fight IQ.

At least 2 of those takedowns against Talia were inside trips, if not all three. She got those without any trouble, because Talia couldn't use her leverage and length to reverse or resist.

She's very well rounded. Her striking and footwork are beautiful and she mixes her grappling in with them brilliantly. She's the champion. It's what you'd expect from a champion. Sure, the Santos fight was close, and, I think we'll see that fight again. And when we do, as most champions are able to, I believe she will make the adjustments and win clearly next time. She should be getting more promotion. She has the looks and the belt. Is very likable and a great ambassador. She's quite a way in to her reign now, they don't want to miss the boat with her IMO.

I also think she beat Nunes in that second fight

Why has she been so inactive lately?
1 fight in last 15 months is bullshit

She said in a interview this month that she wanted to fight 3 times this year, that she is healthy and she is always training. But the UFC doesn't find her more fights.

She even offered the #1 ranked (Manon Fiorot) in the division a title shot and she doesn't want it.
The other one available is the #5 ranked (Alexa Grasso) but she doesn't seem to want it either.

She even welcomed the idea of the super-fights but tbh the other champions (Nunes and Zhang) have work to do in their divisions right now.

She has good grappling. Great striking. She's the conplete package and I want to give her the complete package. I'll be a stay at home dad while she kicks ass all day and I'll make sure she has her PI meals ready to eat and then when she needs to breed. She can use me and shut me away in the house. I bet she fucks. You can just tell
