im going on vacation, I will have a rowing machine and a exercise bike. I am thinking about going to sports authority and picking up some exercise equipment i can bring with me. I am thinking about buying push up handles....im not sure what else.

1. Is there any other good equipment I could buy for vacation?

I plan on doing a shitload of push up, sit ups, burpees, squat jumps, all with a ton of variations....

2. any other ideas of exercises i can do w/o weights?

jump rope, you might also want to get one of those stretch band kits...if you're into lifting weights.

you could buy the Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness from rossboxing.com You'll get much more use out of it than just pushup handles. Best solo training guide ever, imo.

Thirded, if thats even a word.
Any of Ross's books are great but if you are looking for bodyweight workouts the Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness is the way to go. Get at jump rope, an ab wheel and a medicine ball and you can kill yourself with some of the workouts.

..Fourthed.. (yeah and is that a word??)

No equipment needed.. Find a bar to do your pullups from.

The only equipment I would do an exception for is good running shoes, jumprope and an ab-wheel. (jumprope and ab-wheel optional)
