Used to think gonorrhea was bad diarrhea

This was sometime between ages 9-13.

I would go around telling people that I got Gonorrhea at Taco Bell. Sometimes older folk would look at me funny or maybe the could just relate.

No one ever corrected me I found out in a book that gonorrhea is actually an STD.



You guys ever get something wrong for many years and no one ever correct you?

I’m sure you gave it to a girl or two that is currently locked up in your basement.

 

Had to have an STD test before we did IVF, tested clean, I dont cheat but I still shit myself ha ha

When I was a kid, my great grandmother used to tell me that if you swallowed your gum it would stick to your bones. She wasn't very well educated and really did believe that. As a kid, it seemed like a pretty reasonable concept and outcome if you swallowed your gum. Never really found out it wasn't true until my first anatomy class in 5th grade (or whenever we learn about that stuff for the first time in the US).

 

Such a date could scar a man for lyfe.
