Why would Usada respond? Jesus. It doesn’t make them look better or even give them credibility. Dumb.
That or Dana White. It’s mind boggling. There was no need to defend themselves. Crazy.Lol what a response... They just said she’s guilty and lying
Is USADA run by 16 year old girls ?
USADA - you can contest our results but it's going to be out of your pocket and in the neighbourhood of 30-40,000$.
However if the part where Jessica said she got popped for medication the UFC PI gave her is true..that’s fucked up

There’s no point of issuing a response like this with zero details except “we’re good, bitch lying”what exactly do you expect them to say? They cannot go into detail because it may prejudice any hearing.
USADA Needles Jessica
“Given Jessica Penne’s public statement, we can confirm her positive test for stanozolol. However, there are many factual inaccuracies and unfounded allegations in her statement, including that she has been forced out of UFC.
“In fact, she has exercised her right to contest her case before an independent arbitrator, per a request USADA received after she released her public statement. Under the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, all athletes have the right to present the facts and circumstances during a full evidentiary hearing. We look forward to the opportunity to present the facts and evidence through this process.”
Fighters are responsible for all legal costs associated with any arbitration, which Penne mentioned could cost her upwards of $30,000 to $40,000 [money she doesn't have].

@ReadWrite was very misleading with how he made this thread.Did USADA add the quotation [money she doesn't have]. ? lol
Damon Martin calls himself a "reporter @MMAFighting" but couldn't even do enough diligence to know that Penne could waiver the arbitration cost of $2,500 and that a lawyer isn't even necessary for the hearing.Damon Martin said:As part of the UFC’s anti-doping policy, all fighters are afforded an adjudication process to dispute findings and/or punishments handed down as part of the program. Fighters are responsible for all legal costs associated with any arbitration, which Penne mentioned could cost her upwards of $30,000 to $40,000. Butler recently started a GoFundMe campaign to help foot the bill.
She never said she was being "forced out of the UFC" in any statement of hers I've seen. In fact, Sherdoggers have been speculating the opposite, that she is trapped in her UFC contract and therefore wouldn't be able to fight in other promotions where USADA isn't involved. However, there are many factual inaccuracies and unfounded allegations in her statement, including that she has been forced out of UFC.

You are right that they can’t go into detail, this was poorly done , they should’ve given the typical “well defend our actions in court, everyone has a right to fair process bla bla” response these situations usually warrant

To be clear what she said is
"USADA has effectively bullied and forced me into retiring from MMA"
Indeed. And this is different than being forced out of the UFC. If she was only forced out of the UFC she could fight in other promotions. Being locked into her UFC contract, her only options are retiring or being unable to fight anywhere for 4 years, right?
