Yes, in March. The suspension starts at the time of the sample, August in his case, so he's eligible to compete as soon as February. He won't be removed from his upcoming fight.

A contaminated supplement could mean O'malley unknowingly took supplements containing Ostarine but the real mistake would've been to not verify whether or not the supplements in question are ok to use or not. O'Malley needs to be more careful with which supplements hes putting into his body, especially at the level he is competing at now. The suspension is only six months and he will be competing soon enough. More damage from being in USADA headlines but they also said it was contaminated, what more could you ask for?

That's because they would never report a level that is beneath the level where the test can be considered reliably accurate.

Edit: I guarantee you USADA was never suspending people for levels lower than the test threshold. that would never hold up and they would be rightly sued. It's not saying it's okay if you have this level, the threshold is the level where the test has too many false positives so people who never took it at all test positive due to error in the test.

We don't know what the hell USADA was or is doing. This is why some anti-USADA and pro-PEDs people like me have been against USADA from the beginning.

I have been saying it forever now. There is very little science to back up USADA. The majority of their philosophy is based on gym-bro-science.

We are talking certifications from credible testing bodies that specialise in supplement testing.

There is not one single instance under USADA of an athlete ever testing positive as a result of a supplement certified by one of those three bodies. Ever. in USADA's entire history.

And they are very very easy to get. As I said, GNC's own range alone in 100 products. GNC as a whole probably have 300-500 NSF/IC products in store.

He tested positive in 2018. A supplement was blamed but never found.

But he didnt learn his lesson. He carried on taking non certified supplements.

Then he tests positive again in July 2019, for Ostarine again.

I do have sympathy for what the athletes go through. Making the right choices takes time and effective education. But at what point (maybe after the second positive) do you stop and think, maybe I'm making bad decisions here, maybe I need to be more careful.

Ok since were seeing that this suspension is almost up, this goes to my age old question that no one has been wise enough to answer, but we may finally have one.

Does he have a fight booked up? People are saying yes he does.

That said, when these bogus suspensions come up and say, its 6 months. Couldnt that fighter still sign for a fight on the...mmm 7th month? Meaning he gets licensed within the month and rdy to be in the octagon on that 7th month? Looks to be so.

Ok then, fighter gets suspended, get suspension, has a fight interest near the end, signs the dotted line, then trains during suspension and fights when its up. As in, immediately when its done.
