I have wondered if all those hormones trans people take can lead to their increase in suicide risks. I'm thinking they are. I have read mentions in the past that hormones can cause rage and self harm issues in some people. Just doing a quick internet search there seems to be many articles about this issue.

I wish the medical community had better treatments for people who believe they are trapped in the wrong body. I'm not so sure cosmetic surgery and hormone treatment is the best options, in light of much higher suicide rates trans people experience.

Yes you do, you should absolutely do that. Scaling it back is a step in the wrong direction. Now instead of potentially moving forward and the vets having their own line you're instead stretching the resources of the one they can use as they have to share it with more people now.

I'm for increasing funding so if they cut this the funding should just be moved for more help for everyone not one specific group.

The only group that should get anything extra special is vets. We own them that.
