Elections US Election days PBP - Day(s) 5+

Imagine the psychosis someone needs to have (like the TS) to fight this hard about a country he doesn’t even live in.

These people really have mental disorders. They fight tooth and nail over some stuff that happened in another country, as they pretend they live in that country.

goonerview has been melting down since Tuesday night. It’s amazing to watch.

biden didn't get 99% turnout or 95% of the votes anywhere lol none of the shit in that article applies to this election

Well they fucked up PA.

Trump actually did better in Philly in 20 than 16.

Biden won because he flipped Erie (you may remember Trump insulting Erie at a rally in Erie), Lehigh, Northampton and ran up the score in Philly suburbs. Turns out they aren't scared of Corey Booker.

Desperately trying to feel in control

Look it's not a delayed time in counting ballots. Traditionally, elections are called earlier based on, wait for it, math. You look to what areas have already announced vote totals, how much remains, and estimated percentage of political leanings of how much remains. This year was unique in that not only did we see record turnout due to a populist incumbent, but he also pissed a massive amount of people out which created a record turnout against him. Combine that with a pandemic where the dems huge volunteer /paid organizing efforts focused around getting stay-home dems from '16 back at the polls and you have record turnout with record mail-in turnout. Also, channel 4 in the UK did a great expose on the '16 trump campaign's disenfranchisement campaign of black voters with a focus on urban WI (Milwaukee).

So it's little surprise we had an incredibly close election (electoral wise it won't be close but the last states won it's close) with record turnouts. If not for the bungling of covid, we wouldn't even be having this conversation, trump would've been easily reelected.

'16 required the perfect storm to elect trump, "20 required a perfect storm to election Biden. We got both.

This article posted from the BBC in 2016 describes the tell-tale signs of vote rigging:

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/amp/world-africa-37243190

In a nutshell:

1. Unusually high turnout rates in certain areas compared to other areas.

2. Delays in announcing the results.

3. Large numbers of invalid votes.

Apparently, the turn out in mid-western cities like Chicago was significantly lower than it was in 2016, yet in cities such as Milwaukee, the turnout in some counties was very high.

I’m not saying that the democrats cheated, but there at least needs to be an independent investigation and transparency.

At the very least to assuage the concerns of people that suspect foul play.

Do we have a clue what the actual turn out by individual cities is considering all the mail-in ballots?

Trumpers love the Facebook News Network!

The only reason any of this is even an issue is due to the large number of COVID-related mail-in ballots that far more dems than republicans chose to use.

If we had had a traditional, primarily same-day voter turnout no one would be questioning Biden's clear victory.

Sad that something so easily explainable has paranoid hillbillies convinced that the election was stolen.

I dont think you'd have had a Biden victory with a primarily same-day vote. A lot of people voted that won't take the time to go to the polls and a lot of people voted weeks ago before the last debate.

It's the same with paranoid urbanites (should I say city scum instead?) that are convinced the Russians stole '16 from Clinton.

In control of what?
The political and social opposition. With Trump in power, it's like supporting him makes a person by definition into a higher social and political class by virtue of him and his party being the boss
These people are bullies, plain and simple.
