While i believe that Cyborg would most likely destroy Ronda, two things are clear for me:

-Ronda doesn't need good boxing to beat any girl.
-Cyborg doesn't have good boxing herself, she is a brawler who could fall right into Ronda's clinch traps and judo throws.
