Seems not so legit. How many 'streetfighters' like this guy attended DLSU and spent "a few years in the US." He's like Chael, from the mean streets of West Linn, Oregon. Only this guy isn't using sarcasm, and believes his own hype. But filipinos taking credit for the term "leathernecks" is just over the top nonsense. Still this guy probably believes it.

Alvin has some fighting skills, but the beliefs he has in URCC being the most exciting and longest running mma promotion in Asia is lvl 1000 Trolling shit. Aint no filipino better than Pac right now, the only one close is Nietes.
