Um. As long as it takes for your body to get stronger. There is really no standard time, but through constant training you'll notice differences from two weeks ago, four weeks ago, two months ago, four months ago, etc. It's an ongoing process, you don't just put in a few weeks and go "there, I'm strong now."
You're body doesn't exactly stop adapting -- not if you're challenging it. Can you say what specifically you're aiming for and where you're coming from. Also are you talking about strength, not getting sore fingers, what?
by strong im assuming you mean conditioned for bjj training? the first couple of weeks i started i had bruises all over my arms and my rib cage area. my first 2-3 weeks i would always see new ones poping up. now 3 months later i dont havent seen a bruise on my arm or my ribs and i train way harder then i did 3 months ago. As for condtioning it took my lungs about a month to get used to the demands rolling, and thats comming from a person who did nothing but smoke weed and other non-physical demanding activites for about 3 years.
What the hell are you talking about? Theres no solid answer for any question I could form from that desecration of coherent thought. Your progress will vary on your current physical condition, athletic ability and the amount of work you put into improving. Your progress depends on you, not a set number of hours.
i mean grappling cardio.
I use to be a cardio machine but i had a neck inurie and then a staph infection and today is my 2nd day back.
My 1st wasnt even class and i was gassed after 25 minutes
haha i love quotes.
Sorry for lack o info, i was just that way from hs.
I was always walking everywhere and always trying new stuff.
I also played soccer and tennis alot along with living room grappling.
So this was my first actual break longer then a month
