Unpopular opinion - drug dealers are excessively demonised

smh, poor business practices IMO

way back when, we knew a dude who was a cousin of a guy named Owsley.

got us the purest window pane ever.

cleanest, most religious 12 hours I've ever spent.

think about the logic you used and how they compare to a drug dealer....then get back to me...
Here’s your exact quote.
. these people are providing an in demand service. that doesn't make them bad people
Nothing I said was wrong.

Here’s your exact quote.

Nothing I said was wrong.

you’re comparing a human trafficer and a child porn enthusiast to someone who sells drugs to people who come to them for said product. People who are trafficked are forced, abducted, whatever the case may be. Children definitely don’t want to be used as sex slaves / objects either. I figured this was obvious, and didn’t need to be said.
Again, you must be retarded

At the end of the day, the dealer is providing a much wanted service.

And a guy who offers to murder anyone you want for $5000 would also be providing a much sought after service.
Doesn't make him not a complete piece of shit, though.

I'm still trying to picture this "large toolbox"
I didn't know they made toolboxes large enough to fit two adult sized human bodies.

Legalize drugs (within reason) and the sketchy guys on the street go away, replaced by guys behind a counter In a shop who call themselves bud tenders and give you the same goods.

Probably 99% of all crime can be traced back to drug dealer, including every crime committed by brain damaged druggie bums and crackhead babies who become lil' criminals.

I own a kill your local heroin dealer hoodie. Fuck em.

If your selling anything harder then coke then yea you are basically profiting off of other peoples misery, but at the same time I duno I feel like a lot of those people would have fucked up their lives on other ways if it wasn't from drugs, like if you're stupid enough to smoke crack or do Heroin in the first place your probably stupid enough to get addicted to some other negative thing out there.

A lot of these opiate addicts now got addicted by prescription drugs though so if we're gonna go after drug dealers we should hold pharmaceutical companies to the same standards. At the end of the day everything is a racket, big banks, corporations, pharmaceutical companies they all do gangster shit they just pay their taxes and pay off politicians with lobbyists and shit so when they get blood on their hands the government/law looks the other way. Society demonizes drug dealers because they operate outside the system and don't pay taxes, the people in power see them as a threat because if they get enough money and power they can become a legitimate threat to the control of the government like what is happening with the cartels in Mexico.

The government goes after them so they can point the finger at them and say "these are the bad guys" which is true a lot of them are bad guys....but at the same time are they really doing worse things then the US government/big business does? It's more about the government seeing them as a potentially threat to their power and them not paying taxes on their illicit money that they see as a threat, not the drug dealing itself.

I recently found out about this. See below a piece from the link.

Fucked up.. over the counter pain pills are like Herion like this.

People who misuse Oxycodone may grind up the tablets into a fine powder, which can be injected or snorted. Snorting oxycodone is a common form of abuse in which people take a crushed-up pill and forcefully breathe it up into the nasal cavity. Snorting oxycodone speeds up the effects of the narcotic on the central nervous system, producing an intense high that’s comparable to that of heroin.

I consider drug dealers anyone who deals in narcotics so bartenders and chemists as well.

Illicit drug dealers I view more as smugglers (smuggling contraband). Not the most virtuous but hardly the worst kind of criminal (and depending upon what they are smuggling hardly a criminal at all). For example in the Australian Capital Territory it is now state legal to have two Weed plants. Weed dealers getting arrested in NSW (which completely surrounds the ACT) for selling things legal to possess in the ACT is some hypocritical BS quite frankly.

If anyone here is involved in illegal drug trading or is an associate of someone who is involved in the trade of illegal or illicit drugs I would like to hear your story. The names, dates, and locations where this drug activity is occurring would help us understand what you are going through and how we could help.
