I remember around the time before the Jon Jones/Shogun fight, I always told myself that Anderson Silva is levels above Jon Jones, I remember posting on here (on my older account that got banned for posting Hermes Franca weigh in pics with his shorts stuffed) that Jon Jones was terrible striker and hasn't fought anyone good

but deep down... I knew I was lying to myself and hoped they never fought for Anderson's sake

MMA judges are almost always right. If I disagree with them its almost always on a fight that could go either way, rarely a robbery. Its hard to balance volume, damage, and control and the judges do a surprisingly consistent job at it.

This is something I always thought but could never put into words. Thank you.
