Some of these are too elaborate and time consuming in my opinion. Like the ones that require iced coffee or green tea. You'd actually have to brew the coffee/tea, then cool it down before you can even begin.
Dont mean to sound like a devil's advocate, just thought this was a good spot to add that those Starbucks VIA instant packets dissolve instantly in a shake..cold. No brewing, and the coffee is pretty decent.
Not to mention that lots of Keurig machines brew ice coffee and ice tea cold...no cooling required.

1. 1 whole box of thin mint girl scout cookies (1200~ calories)
2. 3 cups of whole milk (1100~ calories)
3. 2 scoops of chocolate muscle milk (400~ calories)
4. 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein (300~ calories)
5. 1 cup of coconut oil (1100~ calories)
In all, about 4100~ calories or so. Try it sometime!

One tip about this shake, you need to blend this low and slow, for or it'll get fluffy and unpleasant texture. Freeze the cookies before hand is also an option.
