To be clear, ours is not the popular “resistance” of the left. We want the administration to succeed and think that many of its policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.

But we believe our first duty is to this country, and the president continues to act in a manner that is detrimental to the health of our republic.

Now this is some next level ass-covering.

The person who wrote this knows that the Trump Administration is eventually going to come crashing down and has seeded this Op-Ed to try and avoid the un-washable taint that is going to follow every single person who worked in this White House.

Motherfucker wants to have his cake and eat it too. He keeps working for Trump but also wants to be able to say he was against him the whole time later on.

The absolute least trustworthy source is one not to be named. There’s no validity, for all we know the editorial team all got together and wrote this. That’s more of a possibility than a White House staff member
