I love seeing and hearing people take old instruments and use them in new ways. Or make music out of things that aren't usually instruments. Like the first time I saw a guy play the spoons, or those guys that play the plastic buckets like they were drums.

I'll share my current favorite. This dude uses the ukelele to play the bass, rythm, and percussion on this song.

This guy's pretty cool too, playing harmonica while getting his percussion by juggling balls that sound like moraccas.

Anyone have any examples that come to mind?

This old dude is Amadeus on the spoons.

My grandfather taught me how to play them when I was a small child. But I've only ever played em for shits and giggles, so I'm nowhere near as pro as this guy. Props to him.
