Melendez/Sanchez round 3 may be the single most exciting round in MMA.

Jorge Santiago vs. Kazuo Misaki I & II
Joachim Hansen vs. Caol Uno
LC Davis vs. Hideo Tokoro
Justin Gaethje vs. Luis Palomino

You'd be surprised of the amount of praise these fights get. If you check outside of the Heavies, you'll see these are heavily praised. The problem is that most MMA talk just regards the same names as always.

James Thompson vs. Kazuyuki Fujita
Clay Guida vs. Roger Huerta
Carlos Newton vs. Jose Pele Landi Jons
Nick Diaz vs. Diego Sanchez

These are all fantastic fights that on the other hand don't get much recognition.
