If all your underpants wore out at the same time, what specifically are you buying as replacements?

I recently learned of the significance of the term trunks, which aren't as long as boxer briefs, but still a bit too long for hot weather.

I don't think I want to buy briefs again since nowhere as much space as trunks. Probably not buying Under Armor spandex either since unbearably too hot and long.

I looked at some Band of Thieves (?) and the material is very thin like Hanes synthetic material.
