Unable to Post in OT

The quick reply dialog box does not appear at the bottom of any of the OT threads. When I click "Post Reply" I get this error message:

Merrill, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to
edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I am able to post in all of the other forums that I looked at. I dumped my internet cache and even tried another computer and got the same thing. Can a Mod look at my profile and see if there is something missing? Thank you.

You have to have been registered at least six months. Sorry brah but at least you only gotta wait a couple more weeks.

The system does that some times, AV is still there it just doesn't show it.
