When it affects others it their right to care. It became political when they refused to respect others right.

Exactly.

People are catching charges over this shit in the UK.

Progressive always talk out both sides of their mouth when it comee to personal freedoms - Theirs must be enforced through prison terms and fines, everyone else's are to be ignored and mocked.

Your prison stats don't reflect reality.
A girl or boy is more likely to be sexually assaulted by a man or a woman than a transgender person. A young person is more likely to be sexually assaulted by a family member or a person in a trusted position like a coach, a priest, or a teacher than a transgender person. A grown woman is much more likely to be raped by a man in a public space than by a transgender person.
Most transgender people are in monogamous consensual adult relationships, minding their own business. The vast majority of peedoophiles look like typical heterosexual people.

You don't seem to understand what per capita is.

It's like arguing that more people are killed by mosquitos than lions, therefore it would be safer to be locked in a room with a lion than a mosquito.

No it's just bad data. And the guy who posted it admitted it was AI generated junk with several caveats. And this analogy doesn't approximate the real world comparison in question.

Transgender women inmates are being disproportionately represented for a number of reasons. For instance some transgender and gay people have been incarcerated for solicitation or other sexual offences simply for being transgender or gay.

There's no data to suggest transgender people or any other LGBTQ+ population is more dangerous than any hetero population.
The data does show that heterosexual men are statistically more likely to sexually abuse someone. Hetero men are historically more likely to commit homicide. Hetero men are more dangerous in every category by any metric, but we're supposed to be concerned about the gays and the trans. Give me a break.

The point is there are people here making all sorts of false claims, hellbent on criminalizing innocent people with zero evidence or justification.

This thread is nonscience. After 8 years of having consensual sex with my transsexual wife we couldn't get prego's.
Regardless of many times and how many positions we put her bussey in it just wouldn't work.
We adopted 2 SEA children from Cambodia and now we are living the American dream!
Take that you right wing weirdos.

What the fuck....? Common sense in the UK?

How did that happen?

Super weird someone standing up for their home team.
It's weird in the sense that she thinks feminism and trans rights have to be at odds with each other. There's no evidence to support the classic transphobic claim that trans women are a threat to biological women. There shouldn't be any teams. Everybody should be looking out for everybody. I don't care who's crapping in the stall next to me. Let em have a place where they can take a dump in safety.

There's no evidence that JK Rowling or any other woman will have a higher chance of being assaulted in their bathroom. It is much more likely that a trans woman will be badly beaten or killed for using the men's washroom. Or that a women will be assaulted by another woman in her bathroom.

I think the silliest thing out of all of this is that, people think a sign on a door is going to stop men from raping women. You think someone is going to go through hormone therapy, sex change, and change their whole life just to be "allowed" in the bathroom and then sexually assault a woman? They're going to do it anyways.

Yes, hormone therapy and surgery should never be done to kids, but aside from that, so many of you show that you are nosey as fuck and just want to control what others do because you think it's "weird" or "gross". And statistically, a lot of you angry about this are actually dreaming of sucking dick and getting pegged, but you won't admit it lol.

I guess you are right.
Men really are better at everything, including being women.

Bingo. Some common sense entered the chat.
