Also seems like all posts pre-migration have disappeared from everyone's pages.

They are still there to read in threads, but you can't click a user and find posts.

Which is fine by me. I inquired about having my entire post history deleted a while back, and now it's been done.

On the hockey forum I follow they migrated the same day. I assume its the same servers or problem.

They deleted the search function temporarily because of some site overload or something. Said it will be back eventually

All I see is that advanced search in the middle.

Advanced doesn't even work for me. Searching titles only is slow and limited, searching messages only tells me I don't have permission.
