If you’re going to point out Yakuza ties, you might want to look a little bit more into the family history of the former owners of the UFC.

Roiding...like everyone in the UFC is clean...ok.
Problem is, some are following the rules and are clean and others are roiding. Not a fair playing field.

You’d be naive to think that certain UFC fights haven’t had shady outcomes.

Freakshow fights...like what? Randy vs James? CM punk?
A freakshow fight done well can be awesome, neither of those were done well.

Like the Mark Coleman proof that Pride really did have fixed fights, whereas for UFC it's just speculation there's never been proof like there was with Pride and the Mark Coleman fixed fight

Only thing shady on your list is fixed fights...even with fixed fights all the rest you listed outweighed them. Pride > UFC
