Will all the buzz of last weekend I didn't realize the first fight night card on UFC fight pass is this saturday. The fight pass is free until Feb 28th so everyone should at least try it out and cancel it before the trial expires if they don't want to pay.

The first event of anything usually has some hiccups and what not but what are some things you realistically want to see from the fight pass? It seems to be PC only right now but if everything was available on mobile/tablets would that convince you to pay?

Not interested in even encouraging the ufc to nickel and dime me anymore.

remember, always treat the mamasan right.

To TS when you say everybody I guess you mean everybody in the US. Canada. NZ and Oz as that's the only places fight pass is currently available. P.s. I live in Singapore and can't watch this card lol. It's not on tv here

This card is the equilivent(sp?) of a regular season baseball game. Meaningless !

Excited since it's the first exclusive event. Will likely have it on but not too interested in any of the fights aside from the main event. I want to see Lim shine. Korea has seemed to embrace MMA and I think there is a decent market there if the UFC is going to expand in asia more. I've had 10 exchange student's throughout high school and all the koreans knew about k-1 and Pride. They also are very supportive of their countries athletes. They will watch the most obscure events (figure skating) if a Korean is apart of it. I think the same will be true with UFC.

fair-weather fan right here. let me guess why, because you don't recognize or care for any fighters on the card?

real fans appreciate the fact that there's a night of fights. you know, fans that appreciate this here MMA

Yes I meant the few countries that have it. That is crazy that it is not on tv anywhere there.

I didn't see Kawajiri is on the card too and Holloway. Pretty cool.

In retrospect, it could be a decent card. These international Fight Night cards are going to obviously be more lower tier but very important in regards to talent development for the UFC. We are finally going to see local talent around the world get a chance to shine and build their way up to a higher stage. UFC is doing a good job with this move. It invests in future talent.

That's the funny thing too. this entire more is to help grow lower tier fighters yet I keep hearing complaints about the cards are going to suck. People on here bitch about low tier fighter pay but then when any card showcases mostly lower tier, they say the card isn't worth shit. Unbelievable.

The card might be a great night of fights. All I said is it's not significant.

Interesting point you make about the pay complaints versus card support. Do people realize the correlation?
