Russian guy from Hong Kong will be the next big Chinese fighter!
I thought it was a Japanese personThought it would be a girl when I clicked the thread
Good question. They let Shabazyan take the Nagorno-Karabakh flag into the cage, so who knows? I realize they’re different situations.Let’s see if he’s allowed to take the flag into the Octagon....
is he going to do post fight interviews in Mandarin/ Cantonese?True Chinese Sasha.
You do realize that due to migration people can have non Chinese names? Just like in any other country..guy named sasha palatnikov and represents hong kong...
seems legit.
Or even crazier, a Brazilian fighter named Lyoto Machida.Swedish Chimaev, Russian Khabib, Chinese Sasha... In 2022, they will introduce an Argentinian fighter named Nankatsu Yoshikawa.
And we aren't talking about wMMA.guy named sasha palatnikov and represents hong kong...
seems legit.
Yeah it's kinda strange that people surprised by Palatnikov because first Chinese citizen signed by UFC was an ethnic Mongol and second was an ethnic Kazakh. I mean, China was represented by minorities in UFC since day one so no reason to be surprised.yeah because everyone in a country is 1 color. like we are all native americans here right.
Well, in Russian you can call Sasha/Sashka/Shoora both males and females, while Shoorik/Sashok is mostly used as a short form for guys.Oddly enough, Sasha is short for Alexander in a lot of places while Sashka is the female equivalent of Alexandra. Seems like only in America fine ass blonde white girls get named Sasha, with absolutely no shortening involved.
What Putin thinks about it? Wtf? You think that he is not aware that people started migrating from first iteration of Russia back in 9 century? Or what?typaical chinese look and name... wonder what Putin thinks about it...
Do you have such feelings towards any fighters from Russia?Hope this guy gets KTFO... This whole thing just seems wrong and is triggering me massively.
Sasha from Hong Kong, dislike this fook already.
