How can you not be impressed? His tdd and ground game is super impressive. He has slick striking and a ton of heart.

Just another darren till. Hype train gonna get derail. For a supposely elite striker, dude almost got ko

The UFC is trying hard as fk to push this guy down our throats but if you take out all the hype talk and look at his fighting abilities, hes pretty average. he had barely beat 50 years old anderson, he has no chin and was knocked down 20 times by someone as tall as his thigh. he has no power, no wrestling and no grappling. hes Darren Till 2.0 barely beat Wonderboy ( a good striker ) and was about to get koed stiff 3 times by a striker half his size. he will get demolished pretty soon. i think the UFC is now basing hype on how someone looks and talk not their fighting abilities.

The man is a way worse fighter/version of Conor in term of fighting ability but still getting th UFC push. hes fighting guys half his size and hes still having a very hard time while winning mostly decisions. no power no flashy finishes just decisions of boring 50-50 striking matches that becomes exciting due to his opponents going aggressive.

Doing some anime moves between rounds and after a fight LOL is impressive son. those anime moves are probably more entertaining than his actual performances (his opponents are the ones making the fights exciting). the ufc is trying to push him down people throats like they did Darren Till and Conor before him. out of the three Conor had actual fighting potential.

very average performance by adesanya imo.

Conor > Israelx5 and im a conor hater.
Maybe would have agreed with you until last night, but he showed champ level heart in that fight, especially the fifth.

I still would have liked to see him face Jacare or Weidman before he got a belt, but I definitively view him in a higher regard after seeing that war against Kelvin. Can he beat Whittaker? Probably not, but he's certainly not an easy fight for anyone at 185.

Tdd and ground game? The guys literally showed a combined 1 minute of those in his 6 fights. Barbosa had 89% tdd not taked down in 5 years then smashed . Twood had 90% tdd and got wrestle fked. Showing good tdd vs brawlers and strikers? You better. Last time gastelum took anyone down was vs magny two xentucies ago and he took your boy down.

He's good and with his style has a very good chance of beating whittaker but I would like to see him against a great wrestler.

I thought he looked pretty awesome. Manned up hard in the 5th. Stuffed almost all those takedowns and didnt get held down

Gastelum lost the fight during the 4th round when he attempted to take Israel down.

Kelvin would have won had he shown better fight IQ in which was pretty much a stand up fight against a kickboxer.

Lmao please enlighten us on what kelvin should have done

all you remember? he was the favorite to win the fight. most people had him winning the fight. at least 60-40 split. glad a guy with 60 kickboxing fights couldnt stop himself from getting knocked down 3 times by an MMA fighter LOL.
You don't know what your talking about and your opinion is worthless.

I can tell by the way you post you're untrained.

Saki, Till and wonderboy have been dropped and finished by mma fighters?

It doesn't really mean anything that Israel got dropped by a fighter.

I don't know why you find this hilarious and a big deal.

Gastelum has dropped everyone he's fought at MW

Adesanya proved himself last night, got rocked at least 2 times and he survived to rock Kelvin 5 times in the 5th.
the Hype train changed into a legit contender and i see Izzy beating Whittaker. Adesanya could be andy Silva 2.0 if he keeps improving his wrestling and ground game. Right now wrestling is a huge interrogant for me and i would like to see Adesanya vs a true strong wrestler.

I think he triggers TS because his first name is Israel. No joke.

He was amazing last night. One of the best fights I've seen in a while. Overall, he does some things exceptionally and he has some gaps/holes where he can be taken advantage of. If he got better at keeping his ideal distance to use his length he would be more dominant for instance. He has beautiful offense but he doesn't have Jones or prime Anderson's ability to keep his opponent outside of the range they can hurt him at.

Adesanya is all hype. Dude barely squeaked out a decision against old man Anderson and got dropped twice and rocked multiple times by a fat welterweight who looked 2 weight classes smaller than him.

Give it a rest op. Israel showed a ton of heart in this fight. I wasn't a fan of his before this fight, but the guy proved me wrong last night. it's clear at this point that he is a fantastic fighter.

Lmao so now beating a beast like Gastelum means nothing to these haters after saying Adesanya gets KOed prior to the fight. Yall are sad pathetic bitches
