seriously sick and tired of these cards overseas

UFC expects us to stay up watching fights till 4 am in the morning when we have stuff to do the next day.. sorry zuffa, but not all of us can stay up late

anyone else thinks UFC should just be america/canada and not anywhere else?

i mean if they wanna put cards overseas, at least put it to where its normal time for us.

some of us have lives , we cant all stay up till 4 am on sherdog posting and talking about the fights we are watching

UFC should ONLY be in Denver!
And ONLY have fighters from Denver!

Preferrably fighters whose names begin with a D as well. Anything else is outrageous, and it makes me angry and I must shout loudly while I curse and punch a hole in my American-made freedom-drywall.

Lol. Ufc doesn't expect you to be up at 4am to watch the card. The card isn't for you.

Also no, I don't think the UFC should keep with Canada/USA.
 
lol the fights aren't just for you dude. UFC isn't expecting you to stay up, they're wanting the people in the location the fight is taking place to be able to watch at a decent time.

They're not expecting all western fans to stay up in the night to watch.

hahaha man, you know how many international people are here? i mean, most of us wont see bisping vs. le live, thats just how it is, and they know that - i dont really like the strategy either, lot of us have been clear that it leads to lower interest when we arent really the target audience for lots of the fights - but they are expanding and thats that
 
Still waiting on UFC: Africa with Ruan Potts vs Zulu as the main event.
 
Oversea Cards aren't meant for American fans. That's why they start late at night and usually have not so great cards. However, overseas cards are great ways to build up the overseas fan base which equals more money for Zuffa in the long run. The UFC is a promotional company first and foremost. Expecting them to not try to expand their revenue base overseas is ludicrous. Anyway the UFC runs a card practically every other weekend now days. Who cares if a few events out of the already over saturated calendar are at weird times.
 
??? that is a really narrow and selfish way to view things and the rampant nationalism is one of my favorite things about mma.

past that there is something very special about two people that cant have a conversation with each other being locked in a cage to fight one another.

First world problems, chief. Nobody "expects" you to do anything. The UFC is going to continue to expand globally in order to be viable in the long term, whether your insulated world view agrees with it or not. Things like Fight Pass were designed so that you could still watch these types of overseas events. And guess what? You don't have to watch live, you can watch it on your schedule once you get up the next day. Just don't wander on to Sherdog or other MMA sites until you do.
 
Bitch, please.....I live in Mexico, so i would get most US/Canada events live for free on Fox Deportes and i still chose to watch them the next day because i cant stand the Spanish broadcasting team (Werdum there is fine), and you are complaining about a few not so great events that you might not watch live??
