UFC sale... what does this mean for the lawsuit?

Much of the argument they've successfully presented so far has been things Dana and (less so) Lorenze have said which indicate the UFC has/had a monopoly.

If Dana leaves the UFC, does this affect the lawsuit moving forward?

Dana just signed a five year deal to stay, Frank and Lorenzo still have a very small part of the company
