Happy to see White feels bad about the lackluster UFC 149 card and plans to return to Calgary with something huge.

"I think that I'm always very confident going into an event that we're going to deliver because the guys do, the guys always deliver, and we didn't. We didn't deliver in Calgary and that was probably the lowest of the lows. Even canceling the Jones event wasn't as bad as the Calgary event. You know, we went in there, we sold out, and there was a lot of people who - that were upset about that Calgary event."

That card was awful, I just think it sucks because I thought Barao put on a great performance, but people were hungry for a finish and were upset that they got a fairly standard BW fight.

I felt bad for Faber/Barao..it wasn't that bad of a fight. Lomboard and Kongo really killed the vibe that night

Last time he said that about 112 and asked about it six months later, he said that he gives fans free fights so he doesn't need to give them anything else.

hmm at least they TRIED to make it a good card, first card before all the injuries was quite great actually.

Unlike UFC 157 which is kind of awful to start with, apart from the co main event.

Just like he promised to make it up to us after the Anderson Silva vs Demian Maia debacle in Abu Dhabi.

How much did you pay for the last UFC of FOX?
Everyone said it was a PPV caliber card.

This place is truly retarded.

Yeah, tons of free events, content etc. aren't worth anything.
I liked your troll threads, but you're starting to get annoying.

The problem is, most of the free events are loaded with fights that nobody wants to see.

The fights that they put up for the last Fox event and the latest TUF finale are a step in the right direction, but let's not kid ourselves and pretend events headlined by Ian Mcall and Demetrious Johnson are something to relish just because they are free.

I am not disputing that lol. I am just saying what Dana said when he said that he'd make it up to the fans after 112.

And they did that because the UFC on Fox ratings to that point had been awful because they only had one or two truly compelling fights.

They did that because they owed Fox some ratings. Not because he "wanted to give back to the fans"

Dana doesnt' give two shits about fan happiness so long as we are paying.

Attendance and PPV draws have been in steady decline for 2 years now, he had to do something.

Then maybe you just aren't a true fan? Ever think about that?
We get awesome free fights on a regular basis. I really don't see the need to complain.

Apart from a couple of events, they always put on great and meaningful fights.
