    Hi All,

I wanted to share a piece the UFC did on our instructor, Luis Pantoja, and his Adaptive Jiu Jitsu program he has for wounded vets at Walter Reed in Washington DC.

Luis has been volunteering his time for years now, and i'm proud that he finally got some recognition for this. He doesn't ask for recognition or do it for publicity, so i'm very happy for him he got some exposure.

We have the privilege of training with some of these vets at our gym, and their attitudes are amazing. If you are ever in the DC area, please drop by our gym!
