What a bizarre week for capping. I finished taping Lima vs. Sosoli and Hill vs. KK almost immediately after last Saturday's UFC card, putting bets on both, and felt confident it would be the start of a heavy slate of bets. And yet, here we are, a week later, and those are my only two bets. Fight after fight that I analyzed (Lookboonme-Hill, Zombie Girl-Dobson, Song-Potter, and Sato-Pitolo, which was pulled anyways) were passes.

I actually ended up having slightly more action on the two Bellator cards, which I looked at far more briefly (2.1u on Girtz-Jury GTD, which already won, and 1.6u on Elina Kallionidou at +190) than I do the UFC card;

2.9u on Lima at -145
0.5u on KK at +220

I do have some good live-bet strategies, though, so maybe that works out.

My one live-betting strategy, to bet Lookboonme at big plus numbers after she inevitably lost round 1 and Hill would inevitably fade, led me to put 0.4u at +325, which looks solid in retrospect...but lost.

Nice to finally win a decent-sized bet with Lima though, and I don't regret my small little flyer on KK at +220.

a fight I didn't even expect to bet. Anywho, I ended +2.8u for the night.

A modest gain, but after a few losing weeks, and a generally rough start to 2020, I'll take it.
