Chiesa is on my list with most overrated fighters in ufc
he reminds me of Vick
He’s almost always the underdog I wouldn’t say he’s overrated lol. He’s gotten better and better since TUF which he did well on and was the underdog to win that season too. Gonna be in tough with RDA no doubt about it but I think chiesa will be better at WW

When he was a LW he was ranked in the top 15 for a long time and if I remember right he was once 7th.
When I breakdown his skills he was never a top 20 fighter in the UFC in any division in my eyes
Now he is gonna fight the top ranked fighters he will get exposed
The question is is RDA still an elite fighter
I think he still is but its a 3 rounder maybe Chiesa can grind out a decision by holding on to RDA for 3 rounds

As you alluded to I’m thinking maybe RDA lost a tiny step while chiesa has gained one. Chiesa is also considerably larger. I’m curious who the late money in Vegas comes in on

Remember what Pettis did to him and hes about the same size as RDA. RDAs BJJ and wrestling is better than Pettis too

Chiesa did well in the first round then Pettis dropped him though it wasn’t really wrestling iirc. Different weight class too. You think chiesa size advantage will matter in a scramble or grappling with RDA?

Chiesa is one of those fighters I've lost fake money on by betting against him.
Angela Hill too. I've never thought she was any good but she wins.

bro betting on Chiesa its a not a bad bet but betting on Chiesa by sub is very unlikely like 100/1 in my eyes
I dont see any value betting real money on RDA or putting him on a moneyparlay because its a 3 rounder
Chiesa could take advantage of RDAs lack of sense of urgency
If he keeps moving around on the right distance for 3 rounds and put RDA against the cage or on the ground his size could be an advantage too
Skills vs skills though i dont see any advantages for Chiesa

If you wanna bet RDA him by decision has good odds. That’s what I’d take if not chiesa

Who are you taking here?

Its possible, but RDA has only been overpowered by Usman who's considerably bigger and who's wrestling is way better, and outworked by Colby which is another level. I don't think Chiesa's wrestling or work rate is better than Usman or Colby.

True. Kinda looking forward to this one over the main cuz I don’t wanna see JDS get smashed
