Injuries mainly. Brian got hurt when he's supposed to fight KZ in Dec. 2019. Since the Jay Park incident (March 2020), the UFC didn't want to book him and KZ with other guys until they fight each other. KZ had eye surgery too (early 2020) so Brian had to wait. They were supposed to fight in July but covid happened and resulted to travel issues.
