Urijah Faber = 0-3

Sonnen is 0-3.

Hendo is 0-2 and would be 0-3 if he hadn't pulled out of the Jones fight.

I think Randy Couture probably holds the record for losing the most title fights. He lost 6 in total.

Obviously not the worst record because he also managed to win 7 title fights, 1 interim title fight and a tournament as well. Still, it makes an interesting statistic.
