Just going through some fighter records and I'd have to say John Hathaway has the most misleading record. (17-2) He's a decent fighter but nowhere near what his record implies. He's a prelim fighter at best and as soon as he gets step a up, (dong, Pyle) he gets beat. On the other hand, Matt Brown who has a rather unimpressive record (19-11) is on the verge of a title shot and is a straight up killer. Who would you say has the most misleading records in the UFC?

With how he's performing right now, Michael Johnson doesn't look like he's 15-8, and definitely didn't look 12-8 going into the Lauzon fight.

Those numbers mean very little without looking at the caliber of the opponents and the career trajectory of the fighter.

Da Bones: 20-1

That 1 loss irks me!

Damn you either HATE machida or have no idea what you are watching... he should be 23-2

...

Machida is my favourite fighter. I agree he should've got the nod against rampage and Davis.

But he shouldve dropped the first shogun fight so maybe 22-3
