i think this fight is close - i think miller is a very very tough underrated fighter - hes not an easy guy to get through - if conor beats miller easy, that is no joke

Given all these recent upsets, I'm picking Cole Miller by submission. Plus, I don't like picking a fighter coming off of a major injury.

Conor is likely to have the advantage on the feet if he keeps moving and utilizes his speed and superior technique.

If the fight turns into a grinding grapple-fest, however, Miller has a chance to take it to the ground and submit the GOAT. We haven't really seen Conor defend against subs or fight in the clinch, so it's definitely a good test for him.

McGregor has been submitted twice, and only holds a purple belt. Cole holds a legit black belt from Marcos da Matta (a 4th degree BB under Carlson Gracie).

There is a definite path to victory for Cole.

McGregor trains day in day out with the Jiu Jitsu Viking Gunnar Nelson. If you watch his fight with Holloway you see how impressive he is. He dominated a solid fighter with a blown out knee.

I take McGregor by being too smooth and fast.

Conor might be too much with his overall skill. Cole does have size though and if he fights effectively using his size he could make it a fight.

I can see the "crafty veteran" coming out in Cole Miller for this fight. Cole by submission!

This is a valid thread. Why was it wastelanded?
