That's not my point at all. My point is that a card in NZ full of Australians isn't the best strategy. Obviously there isn't enough talent from NZ to fill the card up, so why not use fighters from all over the world instead of just defaulting to Australians?

NZ and Australia have a history of rubbing each other the wrong way. There's a popular saying in NZ when referring to sports: "I support two teams: New Zealand, and anyone facing Australia."

They might "rub each other the wrong way" yet I can go and work in New Zealand without even needing a travel visa, I arrive in the domestic terminal and if I move there long enough can become a citizen easy as pie.
