People think because Condit throws 40% strikes and finishes off with a 80% or 100% strike in a 5 hit combo is "pitter patter" I don't trust your definition of sparring and "no damage".

Joanna doesn't do stupid shit like spending half the round to get to the clinch, landing no strikes, the breaking and backing off halfway across the cage. Or landing a low kick and backing halfway across the cage instead of following up. It was fucking painful to watch.
