Only Big Fox cards are 8pmEST with a 4-fight main card. Most "regular" fight nights are standard 10pm EST main card. Often times they run super late because of the commercials and pacing.

UFC on FS1 Sat Fight Nights are always 6 fight main cards starting at 10pm.

TUF finales are Fridays with 5 fight main card starting at 9pm.

Sunday cards dont happen as much but since its Sunday and there is no NFL to push the card to 10pm the upcoming Sunday and other Sunday cards start at 9pm.
