Did they weigh him before or after this video? I didn't see him there on a quick scan through.

He didn't do any pre-fight interviews before fight week, so I hadn't started any threads. not much to break down about this fight I don't think. They're pretty even & going to both throw down with a potential FOTN...

so there's not really much pre-fight discussion on this one. Groovy's instagram shows he's on point & ready to start a run with lesson's learned. Either way, the fans will get a great show for this one!!!

I see he did a media day pre fight interview though, so I'll find that & just bump the Groovy War Wagon instead of starting a new thread.

Raulian Paiva beats De La Rosa. Maybe by decision.
Macy Chiasson beats Shanna Young. It's a womans fight so it'll be a decision
Casey Kenny gets gifted a close decision against DVaslishvilli.
Dequan Tonwnsend pulls a win out of his ass against Devin Clark in order to stay in the UFC. Probably another decision
Scott Holtzman TKOs the shopworn Jim Miller. It'll suck especially for me as I do not like Scott Holtzman.
Nathaniel Wood gets gifted a close decision against John Dodson. John Dodson doesn't know how to win anymore but he knows how to not get KOed
Tim Means probably submits this D-Rod poser
Yancy Medeiros gets a decision win against Lando Vannatta. It'll be a good brawl but they both manage to survive to the bell somehow.
Rogerio Bontorin submits Ray Borg

Montana De La Rosa beats the Italian lady.
Perreira KOs Diego Sanchez. Considering what he was able to do to Danny Roberts, I see a similar fate to Diego.
Corey Anderson bores us all to death with a wrestlefuck win so that he can face Jon Jones next.

And, like it or not.... he does deserve a shot. He could ironically be the one to dethrone Jon Jones too, which would be hilariously anticlimatic.
